Andy Giesecke

Designer, Director

People say Andy has that mix of creative flair and a meticulous eye for detail that distinguishes the very best designers. We put it down to his Latin and German roots. Hailing from Chile, Andy studied Graphic Design and honed his skills working for a design studio with high flying corporate clientele, and the only Chilean surf magazine that existed back then. Thanks to all that ocean gazing, curiosity brought him all the way to New Zealand, where he discovered Dunedin and never left. Andy’s a versatile designer, equally at home creating brand identities or print media as he is crafting seamless interfaces for apps and websites.

Phill Gray

Developer, Director

We don’t hide this developer in a small room with a fridge full of Red Bull. Quite the opposite really. Phill was born and bred in Dunedin, but gained some serious developer chops working on the Gold Coast at R&B Creative (now Guerrilla) for the likes of BBC. Phill works closely with clients on digital projects, from strategy right through to delivery and ongoing support. He’s a full stack developer who speaks creativity as a second language, understanding design ambitions, then delivering them to the highest level of pixel perfection. HTML5, CSS, WebGL, CMS, e-commerce - you name it, he’s all over it.

Tim Green

Producer, Director

Tim came to Otago to complete a Bachelor of Commerce, then decided to stick around instead of joining the brain drain. After cutting his teeth in advertising with Fairfax Media, he spent six years at a Dunedin agency as Digital and Brand Strategist. We changed his title to ‘producer’ though - it’s broad enough to cover the many hats he now wears, and keeps him humble. The thing Tim does best is helping clients get under the skin of their business, to better understand their brand and digital opportunities. When he’s not running workshops or strategising, he helps manage workflow, steer the ship and grow our relationships.
